Critical thinking classes, at least the ones in my GE reqs, where nothing short of brainwashing courses designed to push the students into agreeing with an, almost always, Liberally biased professor or suffer a lower GPA.

I'm all for it. I think those classes should be certainly modified.
BA programs don't need to be more that 2.5 years long. it's excessive, with the purpose of social engineering and Social outcomes rather than learning and acquiring technical skills.

I think Logic, Critical thinking, and Philosophy should be mandatory classes in Middle and High School, as well as college.
