Funny part about it is, they been having appointment books for over a decade plus now, and it was trash then.......it's still trash now..........going from knowingly double booking people to ......oh I know your appt right but I'm a little behind.........that could mean anywhere from finishing up the previous appt, or 2 to 3 dudes in waiting before you......
