Had to stop using citruline and arginine because it breaks me out and gives me cysts so I switched it with agmatine. But I have always got a better pump off agmatine and have retained strength even when I eat below maintenance


Fish oil

I take deer antler for an additional boost

Creatine hcl

Beta alanine

That’s about it

Switched off of whey and casein on to vegan plant based protein- less drowsy, less bloat, less mucus, can digest better, and I can get two scoops in the blender without it expanding too much. And it tastes better
