The artist that I think has 0 charisma that may seem like an odd choice, but travis scott. Think about it this way, what even pops in your head about travis scott outside of making bangers? In his music or general image, he somehow manages to present no real strongly defining personality trait at all. Every interview I've watched with him, he says a whole bunch of nothing
You’re absolutely right. I watched his Grammy performance and thought “WTF is this?” And that interview was hilarious for all the wrong reasons. :mjlol:
Rita Ora
Drake
TLC without Left eye
Bruno Mars
I’m gonna give Bruno a pass. Yes, he’s another one you could almost put into the “vulture” pile but he is beyond charismatic. I’ve seen him live a few times and he can put on a show. And he shows respect for those before him.

He’s the male Lana Del Rey… they hide behind their mystique to seem more interesting. But it’s hard to fault them because they make great music to me in spite of this.

True. But I think you can still do both. Neither of them are really captivating live. And I say this as someone who enjoys their music. Prince was extremely elusive but was still insanely popular despite doing interviews every 3/4 years at his peak.

“The Idol” really damaged his brand, and I watched every single episode. :snoop:

Weeknd was on a show called "The Idol" ?

I'm out of the loop

It’s insanely bad. Not “unironically funny” bad. Just flat out terrible. The script, dialogue, acting. Its only saving grace was the music. I wouldn’t even waste your time watching it. The Weeknd got torn to shreds when it came out.

Bruno can defo put on a heck of a show
But it always feel like a show even when he is off stage.

It's not organhc charisma imo like a young Bobby brown that maybe wasn't as great a singer but his charisma on and off stage made him a star at the time

I gotta disagree with calling Usher our generation’s Bobby Brown. He surpassed Bobby a long time ago. Usher has been a mainstay for basically 30 years while Bobby fell off by 91
I meant it as compliment. He took Bobby’s blue print and became a megastar with it. Same way Prince did with Rick James or Michael did with James Brown.

Although his peak was short lived, his impact and influence was undeniable.
