Put chia seeds and lemon in your water. Chia seeds are high in protein and calories and are dumb healthy plus they're sneaky filling. And I like chewing the seeds when they've soaked in water
I'll snack on some pork rinds when I want a snack that actually feels like a snack. Although, since I started drinking a shytload of water a day I stopped getting hungry between meals.
