What pre-workout do you take?

I just tried craze for the 1st time today. 2 scoops didn't give me that feeling or sense of urgency I get from mesomorph. When I take that meso it's like I can't get to the gym fast enough. Having said that, I looked up and realized I spent nearly 2 hours in the gym and didn't even notice it. I'm gonna ride this out for a week or so and see how it goes.

I took BCAA's and they were effective and I found it a much easier pump up to the body than a p/w supplement..

I'm thinking of buying it again but its either that or casein

broke nygga problems :sitdown:

The trick i found with this is you have to follow directions:pachaha:

Use 15 mins before work out and use the right amount of scoop to water ratio.

Seriously it makes a difference :lolbron:

i'm used to jack3d tasting horrible, so when I tasted this:lawd:

1 didn't do much for me do i'm going to take 2 scoops tomorrow

Yea breh try 2 I usually do 2.5 with a 12 ounce bottle of water.
