My man, Shockey when he was a Giant and in his prime. I was a little fat boy growing up. Trimmed a lot when I got into high school. Gained a lot when I got into College.

We're all gonna make it though.

I have a good chest and back in my opinion, but my arms and abs are lagging behind. I also want to be more vascular all around.

Making Vascularity a goal of yours might not be a good idea. That depends on a lot more than just bodyfat percentage, it's largely genetic.

Found some. These were taken summer of 2011. I had a girlfriend at the time. Diet sucked. Was rarely hitting the gym. Just in bad shape overall.

Sh*t is only problematic, when cats over do it, by using more than 100mg of a substance at a time or mixing various concoctions trying to manipulate results.

Either way bruh mayne still had to work hard and keep a steady diet, to reach that physique...
