Blame the cost of living, better job opportunities, better looking women, and better weather. nikkas want more out of their money and want to own something that can be passed down to their kids. Plus being broke living in your own space >>>being broke and being on top of other broke people that are shady.

Cheaper cost of living
Easier to own a place
More successful black folks
More black owned businesses
Laid Back culture
better air to breathe

Bad things:

racism
some areas too spread out
incompetent politicians that are stuck in old ways

Yeah Cali is still 5th in black pop in total numbers, but only 27th in percentage. 1-4 in total numbers are NY, Florida, Texas, Georgia.

Montana has 4,027 black people.

Some of the first settlers of Montana were Black. They came fast and got booted with the quickest due to cacs.
