He wasn't a good fit for what we do well. In his defense, we got to the Super Bowl with him though

Offense was also pretty much putting up 30 to win though, and there weren't as many blowouts as that should give you if the defense was as stout as it used to be. Pass rush was off last year, and run defense looked porous at times. TBH they need to holla at Kocurek and try and figure out how to best use these men they've spent all this money to put on the line, and if he can't figure a way to get that unit as the star of the defense instead of the LBs, they need to find someone who can.
Team paying it's D-Line more than a lot of teams are paying their QB to not be topping sack and pressure lists. They should be making it easy for the backend due to line havoc but they aren't. If the D-line can do work the secondary can be average and less expensive and it'll still work.

That said, I'm surprised they dropped money on Odom and didn't go get a FA safety. Bring Huf along without rushing him and play the acquisition with Jy'ir til then. Then you're also covered if there's reinjury.
