I always see posts about shows with white casts deemed corny off the rip.

So what specifically makes shows like seinfeld or married with children not corny?

These two never seem to get that flack?

When it's not made for white people:russ: Married with Children and King of Queens are the GOAT cac sitcoms, and they were clearly written to be enjoyed by everyone. A lot of people don't know this but MWC was hated by plenty of cacs back when it was on. They hated seeing poor whites on TV as a representation of them, yet they loved Good Times and Sanford and Son:mjpls:

Seinfeld is straight up Jewish NYC appeal. I've never been to NYC, but as an outsider I see 2 different presentations in movies and TV; I call them Woody Allen NYC and Spike Lee NYC. They never seem to blur the lines unless it's a fish-out-of-water story. That's not saying Seinfield isn't funny, but they weren't trying for mass appeal and there's nothing wrong with that.
