Chet will have to find his offensive identity this summer. As it stands, if you can close out on his spot up 3s, he basically turns into Evan Mobley: lost in the shuffle (save for the occasional lobs) while his guards take turns with erratic 1v1s.

He’s a much more polished scorer than that, esp with his face-up post game. This offseason should be about getting stronger, scoring on the low block, and accurately passing out of it when doubled/zoned up. He’s the #2/future 1b.

And even then, it’s a bit unfair to put those type of expectations on him as it’s going to take time for him to become that player.

People might want to temper their expectations for OKC because of that reason despite how they‘ve performed this season.
