are ur teeth straight if not get braces first
if are straight u can start with teeth whitening the only problem with them regardless of brand or even if u bleach them ur teeth can become sensitive over time
so focus on the straight teeth part and then try to use regular toothpaste whitening and u can try the strips and see if it that helps and ask ur dentist to see what they recommend
every dentist i worked with and i have with over 30-50 diff ones said something bout whitening it can work but can have long last effects of sensitivity on ur teeth its subjective to each patient

1. Desert Essence Tea Tree Oil Toothpaste: I use this often because it doesn't have fluoride and it's sls free. And, it has a mild mint taste and don't disturb my taste buds.
2. Pro Namel: I use this for a week every 6 weeks because it has fluoride in it and it helps keep my teeth strong.
3. Theodent: I will go back to using this more often after I get my braces off in September. It doesn't have any of the bad ingredients in it. The only thing I don't like about it is the price. It cost $10 a tube.
4. Supersmile: I love this toothpaste it helps keep my teeth pearly white. I use this instead of white strips because they make my teeth sensitive and I hate that feeling. I'll go back to using this too once I get my braces off.

Do you have metal braces or Invisalign? I get a lot of of compliments on my teeth (they're white and straight) but I have a slight overbite and it bothers me.

I have traditional braces but I have clear on top and metal on bottom. I also have a slight overbite it doesn't really bother me. I only care about my teeth being straight, white and cavity free.
