King Solomon isn't real though. There is no man in this world can keep up with 600 wives and 400 concubines. To accumulate that much sex partners, you have to engage in a lot of one night stand. Polygamy isn't something that fits all men. I hate to see brothers using biblical scriptures and figures as a way to justify their lust for polygamy when they lack the discipline to sustain that kind of lifestyle.

I once dated this guy from west Africa and asked him about polygamy. He said that the husband usually dies young from the pressure of having multiple wives
That's interesting my grandfathers and some of my uncles have more than 1 wife. All of them lived past 40. My grandfather had 4 wives and 20+ kids. He died last month at 104.

I'd prefer a household of multiple husbands and maybe 2 extra wives to carry the burden of child bearing and sex.

The difference between a man having multiple wives vs a woman having multiple husbands is that when the wives of the man get pregnant you know who the father is, when a woman with multiple husbands gets pregnant you'll be on Maury playing "which husband is the father", also there has always been more women than men, and men die young, at work,war, and different reasons and women need a man, and if men dont/didnt take multiple wives then there will be women left without a partner, and they still have human desires, which they then act on, which in turn will ruin other familes.
