It looks too gaudy to me. Simplicity and accessibility is key
I can't deny the gaudiness of it but in Florida, we don't have many brick houses like that. It's all cookie cutter modern homes, almost faux craftsman.

Brick outside, wooden inside but modernized :ohlawd:

I hate craftsmans and bungalows

The Brick center hall colonial is where it’s at. They look good, whether they’re large or small

They got the best layouts and have higher ceilings

i live in one of these joints and there are 3 apartments inside. there called victorian houses.

Being from NY, those are everywhere. They’re only good if you want to have a family member live downstairs or something.
They're all over Ohio. I hate them, but they're damn near the only affordable houses not built 100 years ago or tiny as hell
