Chicken. It's the best base to doctor up. I used to like to throw a little sesame oil in it. I don't really eat these anymore though. 
The Oriental flavor was good too. I wonder if they'll ever change the name of this flavor
Also, if we're talking strictly about the sodium block of plastic noodles in the pack and not the various amount of delicious bowl flavors, maruchan was always the winner
