It’ll always be high on the list, but the amount of films that look like the first draft of the script turned into the finished product without any revision is surprisingly large.

Transformers Revenge of the Fallen is way the fukk up there. "ebonics" robots they said :dahell:

The writers strike or whatever was going on might’ve had a role in that, but then again each of the 5 transformers movies Michael bay directed have the same plot where the robots are searching for a mysterious artifact that’ll change the planet as we know it that’s actually been here forever and retcons when they first came to earth :russ:. The first one only gets a pass because it didn’t have a predecessor to retcon :mjlol:. They did at least properly introduce a few characters.

The first one had a couple things going for it...

1. We had never seen Transformers in live action and Michael Bay had some nice sequences in there

2. The dialogue was shytty but not mind numbing horrible like the sequels. It was a generic kind of shytty.

Quantum of Solace happened during the writers strike too. Daniel Craig wrote scenes himself.. it's pretty bad but nothing compared to Revenge of the Fallen

Meet the Spartans. I didn't like it when I was a kid, and if I watched it now, I don't think I would even be able to finish it. :hhh:

Matter of fact, that whole Seltzer/Friedberg parody genre aged like spoiled milk. It's like all people did was watch Scary Movie a hundred times and try copying it, and that also goes for the Scary Movie franchise itself. I'm not saying anything new, but it's just really cheap comedy.

"Prometheus", hands down.

Fred.
the amount of Juelzing posters were doing on here when that movie came out :gucci:

When that girl comes up out of the operating table from almost being killed she wanders down a hallway goes into a room and sees the dude that was supposedly dead and she doesn't even blink, acts like the previous 5 mins didn't happen and the movie just keeps rolling. :scust: fukk all the allegory, metaphor sci-fi BS. that was just dumb.

I forgot about all of that and how horrible the tonal shift in that scene is :hhh:. It asks so many questions while not answering any of them. A completely incoherent mess.
