I checked out at the scene he was drawing the surgery lines on the pregnant lady.

Saw this in the theater at some arthouse in DC. Opening night.. midnight show..packed house... the crowd (mostly cac.. shocker) was screaming "ASS TO ASS". I was high off my ass and the shyt was hilarious. Definitely top 10 move going experience of all time. Bad Lt. Port of New Orleans was close.

edit: i see someone mentioned Pixote, damn that's a deep cut. that one was sad as fukk. Incredible film tho, i need to watch that again. Dude who played the main character got did dirty in real life, R.I.P.

Oh shyt, how could I forget Come and See (1985). It's classic war film but that ONE scene will stick with you for the rest of your life. If you seen it, you know which scene I'm talking about.

Movie called Happiness. It's about a multigenerational family with sexual problems and dysfunction. The father is discovered to be a child rapist. The grandfather separates from his wife to fukk some mistress. The child keeps masturbating and trying to cum but can't. Etc. Very strange film, especially with the scenes with the child rapist father. Here is a clip of a random day dream from the movie:
