I never got a straight answer to this question
Some people say 5, others say 3 is fine. I have even been told that one is enough
I normally do 3.
The thing is I want to bench press heavier weights but I usually struggle to do 3 reps. Therefore I limit the weight Im bench pressing to that from which I can do 3 reps.
What do you guys think?
