Out of those the Hookshot is the toughest

Pull up Jumper and Catch and shoot easiest by far imo. (if you can shoot)

Off hand lay up shouldn't even be an option...if you can't make a lay-up with your off-hand

The fadeaway itself is probably the hardest and worst shot you can possibly take.

The hookshot doesn't necessarily have to be the skyhook. The jumphook is pretty popular these days.

it's prob listed because on fast breaks some players "want" to shoot a pull up, but end up shooting a floater-lite shot

and the catch and shoot is pretty tough too...that's a part of that mid range game/ability to move without the ball that's gone extinct
