I'm horribly out the loop on PS3/PS4 era fighting games, not because I cant affod it but somehow games just magically faded out of my routine in my early 20's. Now I've got a massive back catalog of games to catch up on.

Facts, though! The cpus in MK2 stayed cheating… always blocking and dodging every move perfectly, stuffing out all of your moves by putting in the perfect move to counter just a split second before, reading your button inputs, etc.

Exactly MK3 was just more of the the same

Cpu didnt even have to go into a ducking animation to uppercut you or jumping animation to do an aerial attack, they'd just snap into the attack animation instantly......Fukk that

Jade- that cot damn blinking invincibility cloak followed by infinite combos... over and over
Kabal- perfectly timed air fireballs every time you try to go for a fukkin jump flipkick -> spam spin dash + 7-14 hit combo
Shao Kahn- spamming the eye fireball, ground and air shoulder tackle... in still found time to taunt you with his laughing and shyt talking
