I fukk with the sesame chicken or the chicken and broccoli with fried rice exclusively. This spot at my job gives you the egg roll and some soup with that as a combo. It's pricey but damn good.

I googled General Tso for the hell of it and just found out.....

IT HAS OVER 2,200 MG OF SODIUM AND IS 96% OF THE DAILY SODIUM INTAKE REQUIREMENT

Chicken and Broccoli only has 500mg

May have to stick to the "health/diet" menu and keep it steamed then add my own low sodium soy sauce at home

My only concern is I wonder how sanitary steaming it in a Chinese food restaurant would be over sautéing it in a Wok

It doesn't mean they are healthier for it. A lot of times they eat other parts of the animal that are gross and of questionable nutritional value.
