There are about 1.2 billion people in Africa alone. Nigeria's population is not even 200 million people. So 1 in 4 black people in Africa are not even from Nigeria.

Second of all I sure hope you are not basing that upon those sample sets that those DNA companies like 23andme and AncestryDNA are peddling, because those companies don't even have 2,500 samples between them for all of Sub-Saharan Africa (23andme has about 717 samples and AncestryDNA has around 1,700). It is clear that those companies either don't test or test very little in places like Burkina Faso, Mali, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Liberia, etc., so there tests are clearly inaccurate and if you change the confidence level on their testing from 50% to 90% then you can clearly see how inaccurate they are. So those test results are not literal for countries. They are at best tests for regions, but even then they are flawed. In contrast 23andme has over 6,300 samples for Europe. There are 1,011 for England alone, which is more than they have for the entirety of Sub-Saharan Africa.
The population of Nigeria is around 207 million nowNigeria Population (2020) - Worldometer.
Which is considerable. So I can believe that 1 in 4 Africans are Nigerian and the ratio for black people globally could be 1 in every 10 being Nigerian

1 in 4 is 25%. If the population of Black people in Africa is over 1 billion people then that would mean that the population in Nigeria would have to be at least 250 million people. At least.

By your own words Nigeria's population is 207 million. Then that means that not even 1 in 4 Africans are from Nigeria, much less 1 in 4 Black people on Earth.

It will be never exact because the Nigerian government loves to fiddle with the numbers but according to organizations outside Nigeria it's for sure in the 200 million range. Personally, math is not my strongest point so I probably meant 1 in 6 Africans or something like that.

Point is, Nigeria is a mammoth.

But we supposed to embrace every African that comes here as brothers.

Ain’t no telling what kinda treachery they were doing in Nigeria that allowed them to gain enough capital to move to America.

I honestly feel bad that I didn't know it was that bad over there

Side note, how hurricane delta lead you to this bruh
I feel bad as well.

I typed "Delta" using the search page on Twitter and this was the first thing I saw. Usually if you type in a hurricane's name, the most relevant updates from different weather accounts show.

My passport says differently. Apparently you do need to be educated if you don't know the population of the African continent.
