What is 2Pac's best album production wise?

I've really been listening to 2Pac quite a bit lately, but anyways we all how amazing he is as a lyricist. But something I realized is that his albums, especially his 95-96 run, have really great production on them as well.

So I'm just wondering what everyone thinks his best produced album is
