Lets not forget Cormega talking about their shows getting shut down in north Carolina and shyt

Let's not forget Nap having to call off the cholos from showing up with choppers at a Mobb show in Arizona

Nap found Allah he didn't want that on his conscience

Mobb Deep to Pac is the very definition of crumbs off a table

Those guys were cowards in every sense of the word. I never fukked with Mobb Deep. I never took them serious or respected their get down. Nas and biggie... I was on my :pacspit: but there was a begrudging respect at least
Not everyone can be as hardcore as your boy.

Those hand movements. That voice.

My problem with the track is that Havocs verse pales when compared to Ps..and it unfortunately starts the track off

Its not a terrible verse, but prodigys verse is not only cold and with some really good shots at pac, he fukkin floats perfectly over that shyt....its an amazing display of rhyming

Unfortunately Havocs verse doesn't go anywhere near as hard so the track takes too long to get going, and considering they were dealing with the guy who started a track 'thats why I fukked your bytch' I think you can see how this would work out

I don't particularly remember it making much noise as a diss record at the time either, considering all that was going on.
Hav's verse is cold as shyt breh, but you are right that P's is much better. I can see the way you view it...I see it as a song building in intensity.
It didn't have much of an opportunity to make much noise. It was released weeks before Pac died and on NY mixtapes only. They recorded a clean version of it for the radio, but there was no video and once Pac died they decided not to use it as a single.
Imagine what would have been if it was the actual single and then a video :wow:

The Outlawz are most famous for ruining Pac songs.

Ask P about Fatal he didnt want no static with the homie...we ran into P a few times during that time he definitely didnt want no parts of Fatal

nikkas be sleepin on Fatal...P a super dope rapper and a TOP 10 Mc of all time imo but Fatal would give him the business..no doubt about that
I get it now. That's your people. Well if you were there...

Fatal would give P the business based on what? His failed rap career?

They was both in the interview breh. I gotta respect how hard you ride for Mobb Sleep despite all the countless Ls they have taken. Pac, Jay, Fatal, being dissed by 50 cent then signing to him, Tru Life, and that's just off the top of my head. They've been an industry punching bag and an industry punchline for as long as I can remember. :salute: for that
Not even riding hard :dame:refuting all of these obvious :duck:
Watch the interview again. I could be wrong but I thought P was the one who told Hav who Tru Life was. Remember. Hav had absolutely nothing to do with that. That honestly may have been the first time he heard of Tru Life. Neither Hav or P ever had any run in with Tru Life. That was Infamous Mobb.

He dissed Biggie way harder :dame:and Big went Diamond on his next album. He dissed Puff and Kim and they went on to superstars.
As long as Mobb kept the music fire, they would have been fine. Plus if Pac stays alive there may have been dozens of diss tracks coming his way. He bit off more than he could chew and died at the perfect time :hubie:

How were they cowards? Prodigy's biggest problem is that he's not self aware enough to not put himself into situations where he is going to take an L. That's the opposite of being a coward. And I've never heard about Hav taking an L

Man looking at it ... it's better for mobb that they didn't release the track.

Pac was in the zone during that time. Mobb Deep couldnt have survive something like hit em up
