There were greater forces at work then bush and his administration. You really think 911 wouldn't have happened? You think the American people wouldn't have demanded justice and Gore wouldn't have gone into Afghanistan, creating the longest Americsn war in history? Whether or not he would have went into Iraq was debatable, but I've read strong sources that claim America has been looking to invade Iraq for awhile, this was the perfect opportunity.
