FWIW Bischoff on his podcast said he wouldn't have brought him in for a couple reasons:
1) The issues he had with drug/alcohol abuse at that time
2) He already had problems reining in Hall/Nash/Syxx and didn't want to add more gasoline to that fire

People underestimate the pull of hall and nash. More so nash... but HBK easily comes in as the 3rd man.... if he jumps ship early enough.... and if he comes in later he easily replaces Hogan as the leader.... yall think HBK was gonna be a cog in the wheel then you're bugging..then eventually HHH dips and we have the Kliq as the NWO.... completely changes the face of wrestling....WWF without a doubt loses the Monday night wars.

We probably get HHH and Chyna coming over and some other low level kliq affiliates like Justin incredible joining up.
