A lot of this will be based off timing.
Trump is going to get to pick a new head of the fed. Renegotiate NAFTA, taxes set to expire, CHIPS.
Biden made a lot of investments into EV and it’s charging, housing market, all of this will pick up even more steam with the fall of interest rates.
Think about all the car manufacturers who constantly report they are sitting on inventory. That’s all going to sale when them rates start falling under Trump. Loans, construction, new businesses are all going to explode under Trump.
