What if the MITB winner tried to cash in during the match through the door but the door for some reason is jammed and won't open so he has to try and climb the HIAC and enter through the hole in the ceiling of it. He still has the briefcase in one hand and is trying to climb up. He takes too long and the match is now finished. The cell starts to raise and the champion simply walks out of the ring. The show just ends with the Cell raising up and the MITB screaming for help on top of it.

This wrestlers is never mentioned again, it's implied that he died. There's an on air funeral for him, people are giving speeches. The champion gives a speech as well.

All of sudden the MITB winner jumps out of the casket, attacks the champion at his own funeral and wins the title!
