Breh I loved chip when he was at the O but seeing him in the nfl with the Eagles is straight laughable. Would you be mad if chip Kelly fired you from his bum ass team. Y'all talking bout Chip being ass but mad he cut McCoy? Many before him got the "it's just business" treatment and that's never gon stop. Acting like this shyt new. Capin for a millionaire breh.

That's not what's even being discussed here or by Herm. Him trading him was just the final move.

Herm is talking about players being social with their frustration with the team, playtime, coaches, etc.
-Like when Murray talked to Jeffrey Lurie on the plane in front of players
-Or when LeSean Tweets he doesn't want to shake Chip's hand

Herm is basically saying that you cannot express any anger or frustration with the owner or the coach and to me that's some backwards ass mentality.

If you have an issue with the way you are being utilized and treated in your job, do you speak up or just say "Hey they paying me money.... :yeshrug:"

Somebody needs to tell this ashy mouthed fukk to ask Cary Williams how professional the Seahawks are after they just cut him in the middle of the first season of a 3 year contract that they just signed this summer. :heh: at this c00n bout to pop a blood vessel because players have the audacity to question massa. He's literally working for the network responsible for the 24-7 news cycle in sports media and he's chastising players for speaking into the mics that the people he works for put in their faces.
Or that Patriots player that got cut the week of the Super Bowl

You go up to your boss like a man and talk to him about it. If you two can't come to an agreement than leave it as is and go about your business. When Meek Mill did this it was bytch made but when McCoy do it it's justified.

Wrong or right I love the fact Herm is passionate about his position. I disagree only on the point about "it's about the team", not today's game Herm it's all about the players. Herm played in that era where you just played, no/little celebrating it, team first attitude across the board.

Isn't that exactly what Murray did? :dead:

As far as McCoy, he did that too, but the only difference is when he was unhappy, he put it in social media. But he didn't say "fukk you Chip" He just said "Chip cant shake my hand"

I'm not a coach apologist. I don't think a paycheck is means to treat someone shytty

And i'm not sure what Meek Mill has to do with this :patrice:

Moral of the story: be a man and don't take to social media like a female does. Plain and simple. Idk how hard it is for some of you dudes to grasp that talk is cheap. Go out there show out and prove to your old coach/boss that they fukked up.

I'm not disagreeing you on when it comes to social media. I personally don't have social media and I'm not a fan of that mindset.

But when it comes to the NFL specifically, there is this mentality that "We don't want to turn into the NBA, we don't want players getting power"

I'm 100% with Murray, and about 90% with McCoy. He was simply answering questions when he went at McCoy.

But with social media... yeah I wont argue with you there. Social media aint my motion

Wait, so McCoy tweeted that? Because I follow him and didn't see that, unless he deleted it. When he said "can't shake shyt" he was more irritated with the reporters than Chip
