I had a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pros for years till they finally just started crumbling on me. Great headphones.Got a pair of Sennheiser HD 280s with a headphone amp andMy iPod sounds great now
lol @ paying $140 for headphonesi was gonna get some Sennheiser but these were only $140 BRAND NEW on amazon, I had to pull the trigger. They are way overpriced at $300 but for $140 brand new?
link me to some chinese piff I can buy on the low breh. Something comparable to the shyt people have been posting on here, but I refuse to pay $100+ for something I only use sparingly.

I'm happy someone turned me onto the Audio Technica ATH-M50s. Those things are like 
have used them at least 5 times a week for nearly two years with ZERO problems, well worth the purchase in my eyes

I wouldn't pay that price for those, they sound like GARBAGE. They are just loud, and bassy, but they sound like they are in a tin can!.

I heard them thinking they were the shyt based on how many people wanted them, but when I listened to them, I thought I was bugging. How can people pay money for that, when there are better sounding headphones for cheaper or a equal price?.
I am glad that Beats became popular though, because it made more companies be more competitive, and offer better sounds for a cheaper price. Thank god for capitalism.
