been rockin some ATH M50s for a while now - best bang for your buck

I might upgrade to DT990s this summer, though

got a pair of these myself and love em, bass is strong but it doesn't sacrifice mids or highs for that sound... and for the price i'm :win:

I'm not an audiophile or anything like that, so I got a pair of Beats by Ryu and Sennheiser HD 202's that I got for $20 on Amazon. No complaints at all.

I also have klipsch s4 which are also great, the audio technica's someone mentioned (not a big fan of those for casual listening which apparently makes me a weirdo in the headphone world) and Sennheiser 558's

I started off with the m50s as well...

I'll be honest I can't even put the m50s back on without my ears being uncomfortable as shyt... As far as comfort goes.... Dt990 >>>>>> m50

But the dt990 can't handle certain types of bass in rap music... For any other genre they're perfect but deep boomy bass just comes out distorted. I might try out the dt770s later

Rock music on the dt990s is :win: though

My only problem with the M50s is after extended use they make my ears sweat.

Used to have Sennheiser HD600 and Grado SR 60. Sold them both and went speaker only. Couldn't be happier.
