Mostly maintained this year. Same weight, same waist, no big PRs.:mjcry:


I did have the highest pull in competition on post back in Aug. :ehh: (Current record at 93 kg.)


My annual push/pull that’s normally this month was canx due rona again so I have at least another year before trying to best my numbers there.

From my perspective that's still you.

Already tied my lifetime bench PR this month and I'm only off 15 all-time on deads, and that's without training for the competition, so I'm not sure what your point was.

200 lb Bench Press
300 lb Deadlift
200 lb Squat

I know these may not be high numbers but I am naturally skinny and consistently weight in around 165 to 172 lb. Plus I can't have milk or milk derivative protein like whey. So I am making muscle gains on plant based protein powder.

I'm just starting back up. Since Labor Day of 2020, my lower back has been jacked up. Lower lumbar and sciatica issues. By the time I got to the corner of my block, I had to turn around. That's how bad the pain was. So I wasn't working out at all. And I feel that shyt when walking up the stairs lol. But now I'm managing it better. Doing a lot more stretching. Incorporating yoga and body weight exercises. It was uncomfortable as hell, but I was able to accomplish the two mile walk around my local park. Which is saying something, because it's something I used to do five times.
