Raised my bench max from 245 to 275 (155 BW). That’s probably the most basic number improvement

visually I look like a completely different person though. I worked out all through quarantine but I look at pics from last fall and compared to now and I am absolutely grossed out. Used to think I couldn’t be big and cut at the same time I cracked it this year. Creatine and a laser focus on training has done wonders.

Cut about 20lbs since the start of the year, that 20lbs turned to 18lbs during summer when I started going out more lol. Outside of that just maintained. I had a grade 2 high ankle sprain from soccer back in January so that limited some of my physical activity. Even till now the ankle isn't 100% but I think the docs I went to just didn't act in time so I've had to get a second opinion.

Lost a 100 pounds in high school all I did in high school was workout and smoke weed(my summer job supported my habit)

I made it to 195 with abs and was repping out 225 on bench until planet fitness took them out and replaced them with machines, I go to a different gym now though

Covid set me back big time. Gonna get back on track after halloween as my schedule changes to a more favorable time.
