They're good at graffiti and b-boying.
They've also played instruments on some pretty classic hip hop albums. There's really no place for racism within hip Hop
That's Street culture and the culture of racism created through CAC history.

it's not a direct connection, but the LA radio scene full of a lot of Mexican-Americans and they've definitely contributed to the culture, whether it's quantified or not.
