LOL.... no power?

please name any igbo leader as powerful as Tinubu? ask Buhari who even put him there.... lol

whos running the country? is it not Osinbanjo a Yoruba man ....
.

That's your issue. Lack of proper problem framework.
Power is the right to change laws as you see fit in the Senate. Power is who holds the intelligence apparatus in the country.

Ask yourself why the north has many local governments. It's simply because they wanted more oil wealth and voting powers. It doesn't matter if the entire south comes together, we can't change the laws!!

We don't own the power which is why we are willing to either restructure or leave.
The problem is you don't have any power and you are not willing to fight for yourselves. You assumed bcos I said you have no power I meant we have the power...
Only the northerners have true constitutional power as recognized today

:mjlol:
Osinbajo is not running the country. Mamman Daura is. Stop pretending. The Yoruba cabal will see when El Rufai becomes your master.

Tinubu lost a fight against Buhari when he was on his sick-bed weighing 120 pounds. That's why Tinubu is quiet and enjoying his heroin money.

:lolbron:

lol.... its funny how you couldnt refute a single fact i posted , you just posted insults...

when the so called Cabal didnt want johnathon a Yoruba man put him in power .... not an Igbo or Delta man ....

and when it was time to remove him it was a yoruba man that got rid of him

thats the difference .... unlike some we dont just talk and beat our chests

like i said If you are representative of how bitter and angry an Igbo/Biafran is Im glad im not one of you ......

and once again no shade but I really feel sorry for you and your people..... hope it works out

we yorubas are happy , we aint got time for all the anger and noise

leader of the Senate Saraki (whom I happen to know) is a Yoruba man .....

for the record, the senate is a waste of space and isnt fit for purpose ......

as for the North .... lol .... the North is backward, for all the so called power you claim it has, its a wasteland and a backward place .... no Yoruba person is looking at the North with envy.... which is why we dont go there to live

The northerners want power for the sake of it but do not know what to do with it

we Yorubas are interested in progress (Yoruba states not including Lagos are responsible for the majority of foreign investment in Nigeria)

we have oil in Lagos, we have a booming farming industry (even me myself have some acres in Ogun state)

we have Eko Atlantic..... thats what WE are focussed on

I'm for an independent Biafra. Reading about the civil war and how the blockade essentially starved Biafra into submission disturbed me. The muslim north is full Islamic fanatics and what is to stop them from moving South when the Sahara expands? Nah let Biafra be free. With its natural resources it could a jewel in Africa. I pray Biafra becomes a regional power in Africa economically, politically and militarily.

God forbid. West Africa and Africa as a whole needs a united Nigeria. Outside forces are pushing this because Nigeria is becoming more powerful regardless of the current corruption. I'm not Nigerian, but I know the danger in an unstable Nigeria.

Nigeria wouldnt be unstable ....... no one is agitating for war on either side

personally the easiest thing would be to have a referendum .....

PSA: I do NOT want insults thrown in this thread THANK YOU.

PSA2: Good discussion thus far and I've been reading. I've learned a lot of things from this thread. I have been listening to interviews on this. Also, the Igbos are asking for a referendum if I'm not mistaken.

Nigeria as a nation-state isn't working. You have different tribes who hate each other who can be their own nations. It is like putting France, Germany, and Italy as one nation. Yeah on paper it would be a powerhouse but in practice it doesn't work. Nigeria is done as @MansaMusa has shown in his post. Let Biafra be free and prospur.

This is where you lost your credibility

I did not lose credibility. I am a neighboring African and we will be directly affected in many ways. Many of us do know about other countries on our continent.

No country on earth is 'working'. Those countries you named have tribes and clans from all over the world.

A united Nigeria is NOT going to happen. Too much tension for it to happen. The Igbos have a reason to want to separate.

Nigeria was never meant to be a country what are you saying. This should have happened a lot sooner than later

Also @ bolded which is why you don't understand the nuances and complexities of why we want a Biafra.
