One thing that comes across about Steve in his podcast is his humility. He was the hottest thing in all of wrestling in his day and arguably still is now. Yet, when you hear him talk about it, he sounds almost flustered by it. Like he can hardly believe he is who he is.

I got the same impression, especially when he'd do the Q&As where fans would call in. The ones that acted like huge fanboys and gushed over him, you could tell that made him legit uncomfortable.
