I mean on the media. No channel mention his name anymore. :yeshrug:

I mean, there's nothing left to discuss really :yeshrug:
He did the crime, he admitted to it, he's in the process of awaiting trial, and will almost certainly receive the death penalty for his crimes. The whole country knows this.
Its curtains for ol boy, nothing left to talk about. We got 'em. :yeshrug:

To be fair I dont chalk that off like white supremacy or downplaying racism in the media. I mean hell, go on st0rmfr0nt or any other racialist outlet and they'll think as of 4/23/2016 any talk on Dylan Roof is too much talk and obviously the media is biased. Personally I think the reality is the public's insatiable thirst for the latest news inadvertently causes important stories to die out. Thats modern media though. What was hot today, is cold and stale tomorrow. Plus what more can be said about Dylan Roof? He shot up a Black church and the only questions remaining are how to prevent the next Dylan Roof (is it even preventable, and does the public really want to duscuss it) and what will his sentence be? I mean its a pretty open and shut story.

Lets keep it reality too, the public including Black people are more interested in the Strahan/Ripa story than a story that makes them uncomfortable such as Dylan Roof. The public has been trained to be spoonfed by the media, and the media has been trained to feed fluff to the public. Much like a parent acquiescing to the demands of a spoiled child, and a child playing along with their parent's demands all the while hiding their true feelings. Feelings in this case are racism, and I dont mean st0rmfr0nt and White Nationalism. I mean the casual, everyday racism that goes on everyday that racists believe believe themselves to be immune from. The Dylan Roof story makes them uncomfortable because they know it could have been their kid, and they very well may have contributed to the problem.

Going back to media though, again to be fair, there's a lot going on in life to cover. For example, Bowie's death was huge, and its already forgotten about now that Prince passed. Who's next? Russia going into the Ukraine was huge two years ago with WW3 implications. We thought the Assad regime was a wrap 3 years ago. Al Quada was the preeminent terror group a decade ago, now there's ISIS. There's a lot going on to be concerned about Dylan Roof.
