YB really just a victim of never capitalizing on anything.
dude had 16's with me and made a name in the bay...didn't capitalize off it.
His BWS affiliation didn't do anything cause he didn't capitalize off it.

He ended up signing to Akon and got a placement at the end of The Lincoln Lawyer...didn't capitalize off it
He had a single that made some waves on LA radio, but again...never capitalized off it.
I've just accepted that dude is gonna pop out with some cool music, and go back to doing whatever it is he does.

Northpole really signed to DTP, and HAD to know that it wasn't going to pan out... but it's really more than he was pretty generic and didn't have too much appeal to his music.
No discredit to them Broadway dudes, but being a NPC gangsta turned rapper who was down with 50 Cent for a bit wasn't going to sustain a career.
