I had to quit booze and switch-up my diet and exercise plans.. Woke up one day
i had to cut my portions down and start working out again. My injuries, stress, and depression (keep your jokes lol) won for about a year n a half. Then I got covid bro, and I was like wtf I coulda died lol. I had a long as iso. and I was like na man I gotta get to it. I am still strong, but the work I do for most of my workouts now is conditioning. If I can't get to my peak, I can still be healthy and look fire.

I dunno. Mid 30s, 300lbs, janky ass knees so she can't do cardio, genetics that doom her. Every public member of that family has ended up morbidly obese.

You control your eating without going all "WHITE GIRL" with it..it will work out. Water intake...greens...take away meat I suppose and like 30-40 mins on a exercise bike for like 21 days straight. That person will definitely look different and get results. Boxers be cutting weight to get cut in 3 months. It's psychological and wanting it.

Look, no lie I rep for the husky and stocky brehs yet before I was actually a reasonable size. Sadly that was due to my stomach condition (Crohns Disease). Once I came to GA, I ended up slacking hard on managing my weight.
