So promos are equal to in ring time? He never had any momentum on screen. They had plenty of time to bring him back and still chose not to. But hey here is some vignettes every few weeks. So again they made sure we never cared. You can say the same for Cedric with the many stop start pushes he had. Different circumstances as they literally booked him to be a chump and loose the match before he even got "the match" that mattered.
