It's right up there with Siren: Blood Curse (3rd person Japanese horror game from the PS3) when it comes to the games that were genuinely terrifying. Horror movies don't remotely unsettle me, but it's something about a good first person horror game. You go from being a passive spectator, to the active victim. I'm good.
