Man, I know this dish all too well. Got one sittin' in the freezer right nowThe cooking aspect is no different than making a frozen Stouffers lasagna. Its just more prep work before you start cooking. you have to precook or use no boil pasta. and you obviously have to precook the meat sauce like you would when making spaghetti. then you just layer all your ingredients cover and bake.
