What is you talking bout lol? You're confusing yourself. Answer my question and ill answer yours

So what about tupac and his bandana did he not influence/impact people/culture ?

so we are just gonna act like the love below/speakerboxx never existed either

They were never seen as the biggest thing in hip hop. I'm talking about dudes who had eras pac in 95-96 , 50 in 03-07, wayne 08-??

He's changed quite a bit actually. He has one of the most flagrant, outlandish deliveries in rap..and everyone since then has borrowed from his style.

BG has to get the same amount of credit for bling bling imo :manny:

but i see what you are saying tho

i mean the term and the hook all spawned from a line wayne said during a studio session and all them nikkas just made a song out of it so technically he did come up with it

made it a hot line/i made it a hot song situation

Revolutionized the mix tape game - the unit, dips, and d block was doing this before wayne
Dreads - :rudy:
Took southern rap to another level - naw clifford did
CM - ok
YMCMB - ok
Biggest artist in America right now (Only lady gaga can argue otherwise) - arguable
Black kids dressing like fakkits - snoop: sad but true
Took the blood trend that dipset started and made it even bigger- true

bling bling -its a BG song but really its a posse cut - credit goes to cash money

dreads? rap copied that from rastas, Wayne had minimal impact, that's like saying snoop had an impact with cornrows..

bloods - dipset, deathrow, wayne piggied back

leggings - that's all Wayne

Wayne pretty much studied dipset and took it to another level. Dipset/Lox/dips don't have a mixtape like dedication. Dedication so influential it's basically an album.

I already argued this

How did t.i take southern rap to another level lol. I really wanna hear this

Again I really wanna see an explanation. I'm 20 years old and I know for a fact kids/young adults are tryna dress like wayne not snoop dogg lol.

They might have started but wayne took it to the mainstream/another level.

:what: who do u think wayne got that rapping over other nikkas beat shyt from, d block and the dips were dropping mixtapes every week killing other nikkas beats, and rick ross and wiz pretty much took the mixtape soundling like a album formula, how old are u nikkas?

t.i. was the bigger rapper from 04-06, it took like a year for the carter to even go plat, carter 2 was a much bigger album in the mainstream.

I personally know nigas from nyc, dc, bmore, and florida not to mention the bay area who has dreads way before wayne even had them, not to mention his whole steez is bitten from harlem nikkas.

I was agreeing with you about the tight clothes

now that I think about it he did make syrup mainstream.

Like someone said, made black kids dress like white rock stars. :yeshrug:

Tell me that I'm wrong. Went from baggy clothes to rock star shyt in 2 short years. Old folk couldn't adapt to that change so they look "swagless" and out of place in today's fashion.

the 'cash money came up with bling bling' story is complete bullshyt. wayne didnt come up with that in studio, JD said it on a song over a year before cash money even blew up..

u joking right?

nikkas werent growing dreads before Wayne got hot.

This. Yes people were rocking dreads before Wayne had this but it was rare that young nikkas was doing it. When he dropped Tha Carter the dread movement began. nikkas went from cornrow, plats, etc to dreads

This just isnt true. Especially down in the ATL and Tennessee and Florida....dreads been hot. Wayne if anything hopped on that wave because he was fukking with the A heavy around the time Tha Carter was poppin.
