It's a cultural thing. In America black culture you get called an "ole lying ass nikka" or "that boy always lying bout something!" we have a tradition of verbally and loudly shaming habitual liars. Think about all the times in class or in the neighborhood someone got caught lying and everyone group laughed at them.....These negros come from lands where lying is not only acceptable, but encouraged. Where everyone just lies for no reason from the prime minister/president to the first mf'er you run into at the airport handling baggage. Taxi drivers. Etc. Just spend all day lying to each other. It's why they don't have prices on their merchandise when you go into their stores when your on vacation in their "homelands",so they can just lie bout the shyt when you walk up to the counter
