I'm from Toronto and visit ATL about once per year.......my basic random observations.....

DOWNTOWN ATL ain't poppin like other cities...sometimes I've been downtown and parts seem like a ghost town.....
Housing prices are low and they have some nice houses but all of the newer homes seem kinda cookie cutter......(I saw pretty decent homes going for as low as $50 000 that would easily be sold for $350 000 in Toronto)
The black women there are gorgeous, but I've never really had the opportunity to holla at them....
Everything seems real spread out....to get from one place to the other you better have a car.......
Its real forestry and bush like....even more so than suburbia Toronto which surprised me, but then again you're in the "south".....
My uncle who used to live in Brooklyn and now works in ATL HATES working there...he says they're still on that slave mentality (but I guess that it depends on what type of work you're in)...
Overall though I dig ATL.....it seems like black people down there have their ish together and are living fairly good....

oh....and the airport in ATL is nice......probably the best airport I've ever been through....

I'm more curious as to why you would get a PhD in business administration :merchant:

No offense but I think there are much more enlightening and difficult PhD's out there... I mean even if you wanted a high level job in Business, a MBA is really all you need and if you were serious an Masters in Finance PERHAPS... but a PhD in Business admin?
