What do you guys think will happen to the nursing field in 5-10 years?

They are not nurses, they are medical assistants

CNA's make around 35-40k and MA's make around 20-25k depending on their hours.

Nursing as a program, will stay the same as it ever was, the wages are going down due to the increased amount of nurses, but not by much. Most nurses make 50k+ out the gate still.

Bruh CNAs aren't making that much at all, I know a grip of girls that do that line of work.

Nursing is probably the most rigorous bachelor degree in this country.

They will always be in high demand because you can never have enough

I've got two relatives that are CRNAs (anesthetists) and they make bank. Six figure starting, and it's only a two year program after an RN. Hours are cake too. One of the best jobs out there right now IMHO.
