Use the "xeffect" it creates habbits.
, make a grid with you're goal at the top and cross out one cell when complete, put this where you can see or use an app. This creates habits and releases dopamine when you cross off, there is a whole community on Reddit.
Make your cards, cross your X's, increase your willpower.
This is similar to old people who have lost memory, they use these to remember to take pills

But I think about how far I’ve come and the consequences of not staying disciplined. I do a quick cost benefit analysis in my head i suppose. I’d rather suck it up and do what I don’t “feel” like doing or even wanna do in order to continue to chip away at my overall goal (increased cardiovascular health, weight loss and maintenance , etc). It’s a mental thing. I’m also finishing my bachelors full time and working full time, and lawd knows I would rather spend my time doing other shyt 100% of the time
. But I know If I don’t just get the shyt done and execute, I won’t be the only one negatively impacted... my son would be as well.
