Been having constant middle back pains for awhile, got injured on a parachute landing while in the army but wierdly enough, its hasnt cause too much of a drop in athleticism, i can still run 3-4 full court games but its a frequent battle with aches and starting to suffer in mobility and posture. Im about 5'9.5 190


Think its something strengthing my core could fix or do you think weight loss could be the key?

I’m dealing with a herniated disc right now, I go to therapy 2x a week. They do dry needling(acupuncture), electro stimulation and different stretches. All that shyt really helps, I avoided having back surgery.

I stopped squatting and deadlifting, probably never will again. I have a career now where my body has to be at 100% so I can’t fukk around too much

I foam roll and stretch when I wake up & before I go to bed. The days I don’t, I wake up fukked up

You need to see a doctor, get a MRI of your back and see if you herniated a disk or something

nikka you better be getting 100% disability from the VA for that

Why? Do you actually know how to do the lifts? :ld:
If not, it's probably better not to do them than to get fukked up and be out of commission. :huhldup:

Worst case scenario, you just don't do em and keep it moving. No sense in getting fukked up, especially since you're not competing.

Do nothing but mid back exercises

Its what's clearly weak

Squatting and dead lifts will leave you with a bulged disk in the mid back of you've never done any erector spania (sp) targeted workouts

Hit youtube and find how to target it and say goodbye to the bulge

I helped My mom my sister and my girl who had all the same issue
