Updates?
Been having constant middle back pains for awhile, got injured on a parachute landing while in the army but wierdly enough, its hasnt cause too much of a drop in athleticism, i can still run 3-4 full court games but its a frequent battle with aches and starting to suffer in mobility and posture. Im about 5'9.5 190
Think its something strengthing my core could fix or do you think weight loss could be the key?
