What do you brehs suggest for injury recovery

Been having constant middle back pains for awhile, got injured on a parachute landing while in the army but wierdly enough, its hasnt cause too much of a drop in athleticism, i can still run 3-4 full court games but its a frequent battle with aches and starting to suffer in mobility and posture. Im about 5'9.5 190


Think its something strengthing my core could fix or do you think weight loss could be the key?

Stretching and/or yoga is key. Weight loss will definitely help and so will the heat from a whirlpool / hot tub, steam room, sauna.

My back has issues too and all of this helps but everybody’s back injury is different is so :ld:

I’d also say you should do light to moderate squats and deads is your routine IF you can and it doesn’t cost any problems or make anything worse. Make sure it’s with perfect form. The best thing I did for my back was liftin and doin perfect squats and deads to strengthen my core. I do em twice a week, stretch everyday and I always feel better after

Bro these nikkas had gave me morphine, came in the room and was like is anyone from your unit coming to get you? Im drugged up and slurring and they released me. I passed outside on a bench and woke up when the unit handler came and got me, he was honking to wake me up lol

FYI you just gettin that to see what the problem is exactly so you can kno what you can and can’t do. Doctors nor surgery aren’t gonna fix shyt, just keep you doped up and put bandages on it.

I don’t even think I’ve ever met a person who back problems got fixed by surgery or a doctor. They just give shots and send you about your way until the next go round

shyt breh depending on the severity of it and how it’s affectin you then you need to find out what it is.

I mean, I feel you because I did the same shyt and self diagnosed what it was before even seein a doc. I have a ruptured disc that causes sciatic and throbbing pain down my leg and lower back. I avoided movements I knew would inflame it and did the shyt I told you earlier until I got to the point where it was manageable. Everything I did was smooth and
I warm up and stretch religiously


Now I feel worse and stiff as fukk when I don’t do anything so I gotta stay noting

I been using the massage chairs at planet fitness too
Hopefully i see some improvement

Yoga,physical therapy, healthy lifestyle. Try being mindful of how you move and feel. Maybe you will intuitively find your own answer
