I'm not a fan, stopped watching a few months after KS died. I agree him on some controversial points (like Rap/Hip-hop damaging the black community) but he also has some dumb takes in terms of finance/real estate. He's one of those guys who says Real Estate/Home Ownership isn't necessarily a good move, yet owns multiple properties in the Detroit area, then laughs at people who don't own property because Cost of Living only goes up and they missed out on lower prices/interest rates.
